Why isn't my code working?

There are a couple of reasons why a code may not work:
1. Are you trying to use multiple codes in an order? Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order.
2. All of our codes are one use per customer. If you have used it before, it most likely won’t work for you a second time.
3. Codes will not work towards subscription items as they're already discounted at 20% off. To apply your code, just swap the subscription item in the cart with a one-time purchase item.

How do I cancel an order?

If you change your mind and need to cancel, we're here to help! Just keep in mind that we can only cancel orders before they've been shipped. If you need to cancel, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We'll just need your order number and the reason for cancellation so we can take care of everything for you.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of you placing your order. We aim to fulfill orders within the timeframe, but occasional delays may occur.

What if my order is missing?

We work hard to make sure your delivery experience is as smooth as possible. However, we understand that sometimes delays or packages get lost during the shipping process. We just ask that you give your package 48 hours past the expected delivery period to arrive.
