Unlocking Potential: Gimme Goes to Dallas

Dallas, we did that. Together. 

As part of our ongoing effort to cultivate a more supportive, empowering, and equitable world, together, we brought our Unlocking Potential Workshop to the go-getting women of Dallas. Unlocking Potential is exactly what it sounds like: our social impact initiative dedicated to inspiring women around the world, encouraging them to use their voice, and giving them access to the resources they need to thrive. Dallas brought the energy—about 160 amazing, inspiring Gimme Girls walked in ready to connect, learn, and collaborate. 

To set the vibe, we filled the event with customizable experiences: a DIY charm bar for a take-home gift, a lounge area with snacks and drinks to inspire some chitchat and networking, an on-the-go studio to snap some new professional headshots for a fresh LinkedIn photo, and a reflective moment at the “write yourself a message” station. Our panel of speakers shared some insight and inspo for everyone in the audience, and the creators in the crowd were influenced to join the Gimme Beauty Creator Club at our designated Creator Booth. And, of course, we had an on-site Gimme Shop where the Gimme Girls could stock up on new Bounce Back Bands, claw clips, and all the accessories they’d need. 

Overall, it was an incredible event with the best vibes—high energy, girls’ girls motivating each other to be the best they can be, and we left feeling energized and ready to keep building connection and empowering women across the country.
