Customer service did send another set but one of the hair clips arrived damaged again, these Pearl claw clips do not stay in your hair either. I have thick long hair and even though they are medium in size they still didn't hold my hair. I gave two stars only because Customer service mailed out another set, definitely would NOT recommend."
